Broccoli is jam-packed with vitamins and minerals, containing Vitamins B1 (Thiamin), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic acid), B6, B9 (Folate), Vitamin C & A, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc. Ounce for ounce, broccoli actually contains more Vitamin C than many citrus fruits, more calcium than an entire glass of milk, and is a richer source of fibre than whole wheat bread. The real potent nutritional value of broccoli lies in substances called isothiocyanates, a class of very potent anti-carcinogens, they fight and help prevent cancer.
This is a delicious and nutritious snack for kids. It can be eaten on its own as a snack, or added to soups, porridge, or incorporate into any bread recipes.

Freeze dried products absorb moisture quickly when exposed to air. For crispiness, keep unfinished products sealed and refrigerated.
