- EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
- One Nature will refund or exchange Products if the Products received are:
- defective or damaged during transit;
- different from the Products ordered;
- For any refund, exchange or return, original receipts must be produced within 7 days from purchase date. Products must be unopened and in the original state / package.
- The Customer must check the Products upon delivery and acknowledge receipt of the Products that they are in order. If the Products are faulty or incorrect, Customer must immediately email contact@onenature.com.sg or call our Customer Service at +65 62862317.
- If any Product has not been delivered but the Customer has paid for it, One Nature shall, at its sole discretion, either arrange for a subsequent delivery of the missing Product,or refund the Customer a sum equivalent to the value of the Product.
- If the Customer has paid in excess of the final purchase amount due for the delivered Products, One Nature shall refund the Customer the sum equivalent to the difference in the amounts without any interest or penalty.
- One Nature reserves the right to collect any Product or any item which may have been included erroneously in the delivery package.
- One Nature will refund or exchange Products if the Products received are:
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Gift cards
