Do you offer loyalty membership programme?
Yes but currently it is only extended to customers who patronise our retail showroom | collection centre at 6 Harper Road, Leong Huat Building, #06-05, Singapore 369374 (next to Tai Seng MRT).
For online customers who wish to participate in our loyalty membership programme, please provide us your name, email address and contact number via email at email@example.com. However, if you opt for the loyalty membership programme, you will not be entitled to any free shipping even if you meet the minimum purchase value of $80.
Details of our loyalty programme are as follows:

How to qualify for VIP Membership?
To qualify for VIP membership, simply spend $130 in a single receipt or accumulate a nett spending of $200 over three months. VIP discount will only be accorded after you have received your VIP membership.
VIP Membership will automatically be renewed with a minimum nett spending of $360 per annum, failing which your VIP membership status will be reverted to normal membership.
Terms & Conditions of Membership
- Members are required to produce their NRIC for verification to enjoy their Birthday Month privileges. The Birthday Month Special Discount is strictly for purchases made within the member’s birthday month. Purchases made prior to or after the birthday month will not be entertained.
- Membership discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion | or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
- Membership is non-transferable.
- One Nature reserves the right to withdraw or amend the loyalty privileges and terms & conditions without giving any prior notice to members.
Is there any expiry for your loyalty value?
No, there is no expiry date.
How do I track my loyalty value?
The loyalty value is printed at the bottom of the sale receipt. Alternatively, you can enquire via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) by providing us your ID or registered phone number with us.
Is there any GST on your products?
We are a GST registered company and there will be GST on all products. However, we are currently absorbing all GST till further notice from us.
