  1. PAYMENT OPTION
    We accept payment by PayPal, PayNow or direct bank transfer.
  2. LOCAL SHIPPING
    Most orders will be processed and delivered within 2 – 4 working days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Should there be any delay in shipping or if a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you right away via email or telephone. There will be no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

  • Normal Courier Service (3 – 4 working days)
  • For order above $80 – Free
    For order $80 and below – $4.50
  • Express Courier Service
    For urgent delivery, please contact our customer service in advance to check on the availability of express courier service and charges.
  • Normal mail (Non-registered. This option is only applicable for herbal teas, spices, wholefood grains, seeds and juice powder and snacks, that weigh below 1kg. Exclude all honey, liquid and fragile products.)
    For local order above $25 – Free
    For local order $25 and below – $2
  • Self Collection – Free
