Have a lukewarm shower before going to sleep

- A Luke warm shower is important for keeping the skin hydrated and preventing infections during sleep. Taking a shower at night also helps to reduce stress. Most of the commercial body washes and shampoos contain chemical ingredients which irritate eczematous skin. You'll want to use personal care products that are gentle enough for your sensitive skin, containing the least amount of synthetic chemicals and fragrances.
