Ingredients
Chia Pudding - bottom layer
- 2 level tbsp GardenScent Chia Seeds
- 22 tbsp chilled low sugar soy milk (almond or fresh milk)
- 1 tbsp blackberry honey (optional)
Avocado Oat Bran Pudding - top layer
- 3 chilled ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 3 heaping tbsp (22g) GardenScent Oat Bran Powder
- 400 ml chilled low sugar soy milk (almond or fresh milk)
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp blackberry honey (optional)
Topping
- walnut (or any other toppings of your choice)
Instructions
Chia Pudding

Add chia seeds to low sugar soy milk, stir well and soak for a minimum 4 hours. You may add honey if you desire a sweeter taste.

Stir occasionally to ensure the chia seeds are well soaked.
Avocado Oat Bran Pudding

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Fill up one-quarter of your dessert cup with chia pudding and top-up the rest with avocado oat pudding.

Chill the pudding in the fridge for a minimum 45 minutes.
