  • 300 ml fresh mango puree (2 large mangoes)
  • 2 heaping tbsp heaping tbsp (15g) GardenScent Oat Bran Powde
  • 3 tbsp chilled fresh milk
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Choose ripe mangoes, cut and blend into a puree. If mangoes are not ripe enough, they tend to be less juicy and sweet.

  2. Put the rest of ingredients into the blender, blend until a smooth consistency.

  3. Pour the mango pudding into your desired dessert cups, let it chill for 45 minutes before serving.
