100% pure Peppermint Essential Oil
Directions for Use:
Diffusion: Use 3-4 drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Dilute in a carrier oil and apply on the desired area.
Caution:
- Always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil before application).
- Never use essential oils in the eyes, inner ears, mucous membranes or other sensitive areas.
- If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician before using.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Application Tips:
- Add 2-4 drops of peppermint essential oil on a cotton ball and place it in the kitchen or cabinet to repel insects.
- Apply diluted peppermint essential oil (add carrier oil to dilute it) on the temples, forehead and on the back of the neck to relieve a headache.
- Add 1 drop of peppermint essential oil into a large bowl of boiling hot water and inhale the steam with your eyes closed to alleviate upper respiratory discomfort. (Note: This technique is not suitable for anybody with asthma)
- Apply diluted peppermint essential oil on the tummy and gently massage clockwise to soothe minor stomach discomfort.
- Inhale peppermint essential oil for better clarity and focus.
- Massage diluted peppermint essential oil on the desired area to soothe tired muscles.
